Davin Miret is a senior associate who primarily focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and insurance litigation. Mr. Miret represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of disputes, drawing on substantial experience defending insurers, businesses, and professionals in Florida state court.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miret practiced civil litigation at Florida’s largest law firm, where he represented insurers, corporate clients, and individuals in a broad range of high-stakes litigation, including premises liability, personal injury defense, wrongful death, and products liability arising under Florida’s evolving tort framework. Mr. Miret received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
