Jason Kellogg Files Federal Class Action Lawsuit

Jason Kellogg, LKLSG Partner, is quoted in the Daily Business Review discussinng a federal class action lawsuit, filed by LKLSG in collaborationg with The Doss Firm, that accuses two Tampa-based health care companies of defrauding customers out of millions of dollars by misrepresenting the benefits of their insurance policies. “The Tampa companies … create insurance products — but it’s not major medical insurance — and they sell it through third-party distributors,” Kellogg said.
