Benjamin Zavelsky is an associate who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Zavelsky received his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated in the top ten of his class. While in law school, Mr. Zavelsky served as the Executive Articles Editor of the FIU Law Review and competed on the FIU Trial Team, finishing in first place at one regional competition and runner-up in a second. Mr. Zavelsky also served as a Research Assistant to constitutional law Professor Thomas Baker and interned for a federal judge. After the July 2023 Florida Bar examination, Mr. Zavelsky was invited to speak at the ceremony for new inductees hosted by the Fifth District Court of Appeal.
