Larry Kellogg is featured in the Daily Business Review where he discusses the Corporate Transparency Act, which went into effect on January 1. “It’s kind of the same, in many ways, as the Bank Secrecy Act. But the fact of the matter is that giving more power to the government, which pursues investment frauds, it will enable the private litigant to use the benefit of what the government has uncovered without getting the particulars,” Larry said. “It’s going to be a very good tool for the government and a very good tool for the private litigants who are trying to uncover where the fruits of fraud end up.” Read more.
