Jason Kellogg discusses Federal Class Action Lawsuit

Jason Kellogg, LKLSG Partner, is quoted in the Tampa Bay Business Journal discussing a federal class action lawsuit, filed by LKLSG along with The Doss Firm, that accuses two Tampa-based health care companies of defrauding customers out of millions of dollars by misrepresenting the benefits of their insurance policies. “Simple Health was a boiler room caller operation in Broward County that was taken down by the FTC late last year,” Kellogg said.
