Jason Kellogg is quoted in the Miami Herald on Bal Harbour Shops filing eviction proceedings against Saks Fifth Avenue, one of the luxury mall’s longtime anchor tenants. “Here, you’ve got a tenant and landlord who would otherwise work things out. But the landlord is thinking ‘You’re sitting on all this money.
