Jason Kellogg Represents Plaintiffs in Related Group Case

Jason Kellogg is quoted in the South Florida Business Journal on representing the plaintiffs in the multimillion-dollar lawsuit against The Related Group. “Indeed, at around the time of the sale, plaintiffs had declined to pursue more lucrative, up-front cash transactions with other reputable buyers,” according to the lawsuit, which was signed by Jason Kellogg. “Plaintiffs nevertheless agreed to sell the property to Related’s affiliate because [CEO Jorge] Perez and Related assured plaintiffs that plaintiffs would receive considerably more than the then-current value of the property by taking a portion of the ‘back end’ – that is, by waiting and taking a cut of the condominium units’ sales.” Read more.
