LKLSG Attorneys Represent Receiver in Jay Peak Class Action Lawsuit

LKLSG Partners Jeff Schneider and Stephanie Reed Traband are representing the project’s court-appointed receiver, Michael Goldberg of Akerman LLP, in the Jay Peak class action lawsuit. The receiver filed a motion to request that the Miami businessman accused of stealing $50 million from immigrant investors be required to post a $250,000 bond if he wants to appeal the confirmation of a $30 million settlement.
