LKLSG on Simple Health Insurance Lawsuit

LKLSG’s ongoing class action lawsuit against the Simple Health Insurance scam is featured in Law 360, in which the ruling resulted in favor of the plaintiff’s allegations against the insurance company. The lawsuit accuses two Tampa-based health care companies of defrauding customers out of millions of dollars by misrepresenting the benefits of the insurance policies.
