Natasha is a business trial lawyer whose broad litigation practice focuses on commercial, employment, real estate, probate, trust, and guardianship litigation, as well as fiduciary risk management.  She represents businesses and executives in commercial and employment disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, restrictive covenants, discrimination, and other business torts. Natasha also has significant experience representing individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries involved in complex matters, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, tortious interference claims, removal litigation, accounting litigation, and will and trust modification and reformation.

Natasha has litigated a broad spectrum of issues faced by businesses and employers, including non-compete litigation, trade secret litigation, discrimination matters, partnership disputes, contractual claims, fraud claims, and other disputes. An experienced trial attorney, Natasha successfully represented clients in many complex, high-stakes, and high-profile litigation matters in and outside of Florida, including representing clients in 7- and 8-figure restrictive covenant disputes.  She also has experience with collective actions and appeals.

In addition to her litigation experience, Natasha has handled a wide variety of transactional matters for clients, including drafting company policies and employment and service agreements. This experience helps her provide additional value when helping clients make prophylactic and business-savvy decisions before, during, and after litigation. She strives to provide practical guidance with an eye towards achieving successful outcomes in the most efficient way possible.

Natasha is very involved in the community, having served as a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors, a board member and Pro Bono Coordinator for the William Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation Inn of Court, and the Executive Director of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee.  She regularly performs a hundred hours or more of pro bono work each year. To this end, Natasha serves as the Director of Project H.E.L.P (Homeless Experience Legal Protection), providing legal services to homeless and indigent individuals in the community.
